RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect or incorrect item delivered. Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with tags intact.


2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Customized or altered garments

  • Items damaged due to improper use or handling


3. RETURN REQUEST TIMEFRAME

All return or exchange requests must be reported within 24–48 hours of receiving the product. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.


4. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us with your order number and clear images of the issue

  • Our team will review and approve the request if eligible

  • Approved returns must be sent back as instructed


5. REFUND POLICY

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been inspected and approved. Refunds may be processed via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case.


6. EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.


7. DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery or shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect.


8. COLOR & DESIGN VARIATION

Minor differences in color, embroidery, or fabric texture due to photography or screen settings are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or refund.


9. FINAL DECISION

All return and refund requests are subject to management approval. Our decision will be final.
